We help those whom others may give up on!
We show you what’s great, what’s different, and sometimes what’s new about homeownership.

About TreeTop Mortgage

TreeTop Mortgage is a mortgage education, home-loan readiness, and licensed-provider connection platform created to help prospective homebuyers better understand and prepare for the residential mortgage process.

We know that obtaining a mortgage can seem complicated. Questions about credit, income, down payments, loan programs, closing costs, and required documents can make it difficult to know where to begin. TreeTop Mortgage helps simplify the first steps by providing educational resources, general mortgage information, and a convenient way for consumers to evaluate their mortgage readiness.

Visitors may complete our Mortgage Readiness Assessment, speak with a representative, or use our educational tools to learn more about home financing opportunities. The information submitted helps us understand a visitor’s goals and determine whether the visitor may be ready to speak with a mortgage professional.

TreeTop Mortgage is not the mortgage lender and does not make loan approval or underwriting decisions. When a consumer wishes to pursue financing, we may connect the consumer with an appropriately licensed third-party mortgage loan originator, mortgage broker, or mortgage lender. That licensed provider—not TreeTop Mortgage—will explain available loan programs, conduct any formal prequalification or preapproval, accept the mortgage application, provide required disclosures, verify financial information, and determine whether the applicant qualifies.

Our role is to help consumers become better informed, better prepared, and better connected before beginning the formal mortgage application process.
