Sharing Your Affiliate Referral Links

Generating Affiliate Links

There are three main ways referral links can be generated for affiliates:

1. Affiliates can append their unique affiliate ID or WordPress username to any page URL of your site. For example:
https://treetopmortgage.com/affiliate-professional-home-landing/zipzip/kingkong55/

2. Using the Affiliate Area, affiliates can paste a page URL from your site into the Page URL field and click the Generate URL button to create a referral link.

3. Treetop Mortgage also create referral URLs for our affiliates by appending their affiliate ID or username to any page’s URL and sharing it with them.

Direct Links

Managing Direct Links as an Affiliate

You can add one or more direct link domains from the Direct Links tab of the Affiliate Area. The number of domains you can add as an affiliate is determined by the Treetop Affiliate admin.

To add a new domain after the next, the affiliate can click the Add new domain link. Once an affiliate’s domain limit is reached, the Add new domain link will disappear.

Once an affiliate has added a domain, they can click the Save Direct Links button.

A domain submitted by an affiliate must be approved by the site admin.

Tracking Affiliate Link Campaigns

The Treetop Affiliate portal allows affiliates to track their performance using campaign parameters. These parameters help you identify the effectiveness of specific marketing efforts.

You can create campaigns in the Affiliate Area when generating referral links. The campaign name will automatically be appended to the link, like this:
